Whether your passion is Quilting, Knitting, Hooking, Cropping, Nuclear Physics or just getting away from the old men, bring your group to our Lodge for a wonderful retreat. A typical retreat starts off Friday afternoon with an early check-in (2 PM) and then a dinner that night. Work as late as you like. Breakfast and lunch are served the next day, then dinner is on your own at any of our nice restaurants in town or order in pizza. Work as long as you want or take a tour of the area. Sunday a breakfast is served and late check-out is available (2 PM).
Fall retreats (Oct. and Nov.) start at $170 per person for 10 to 11 people, and $155 for 12 or more. Maximum is about 15. Sept. is higher. Winter Retreats start at $120 for 10 or 11 and $100 for 12 plus (Winter rates include brunch instead of breakfast and lunch). Early June, late August and Sept. (high season) retreats start at $290 per person for 3 nights with a 12 minimum. You can add a 3rd night for $55 ($40 for winter) to a retreat, 6 minimum (breakfast only included). If it's just you or you and a friend or two, you can sometimes join in with another group (See 'Open' below). Please call to join another group. Groups with instructors may charge more to cover the instructor.
You may set up in our well lit, walk-out basement (opens onto the River Patio) or in the large Great Room with 25' ceilings and views of the Collegiate Range. We supply the tables, 3 ironing boards, 1 iron, lights, one large cutting table with mats, and 2 portable design walls. You will have the 'run of the place'...no other guests, so feel free to wander in your PJs or whatever, bring your favorite libation, and enjoy yourself....no cooking, cleaning, or laundry, just plenty of time to hang out with friends doing what you LOVE!
